Senior Technical Support Engineer, Nov. 2007 – Present. 

 

·         Have been trained and support the following Primvera products:  All releases of P6, P3, Contractor, Inspire, Suretrak, and BI Reporting.

·         Provided training on all of these products to both internal and external customers in both one on one sessions and via web conferences.

·         Created numerous proactive articles for our knowledge base and advisor webcasts  to help our customers resolve their issues on their own.

·         Regularly called upon to take over service requests for our bigger customers due to my level of professionalism and my work ethic.

·         Became a member of the Database Restore Team which means I am able to implement a P6 installation from scratch for both SQL  Server and Oracle databases including all modules of P6 (both the web application and the desktop client).

·         Joined the P6/BI Reporting team which allowed me to learn how to create reports using SQL and how to use BI.

·         Provided world class support to customers across the globe (both internal and external) on all aspects of P6 including reporting, resource and cost loading, database implementations and how to create projects from scratch and then cost and resource loaded schedules.

·         Volunteered for many internal projects such as Root Cause Analysis of work tickets in order to identify areas of P6 that need to be better documented to reduce rediscovery of existing knowledge documentation.

·         Regularly work overtime to ensure that our customers get the world class support they deserve

·         Won Pacesetter Award from my peers due to my diligence and effort to provide the best support possible.

·         Assisted software developers in discovering, tracking, and testing software defects and opportunities for product enhancements.
